No, the only holo cards are dragons and pikachu.

To be more precise, you pulled a reprint of this card. The original came in a three pack blister and had the cosmos holofoil pattern, a similar version to promos you’d find in blisters today. If you look at the bottom left corner of the card on this page, you’ll see the Black Star Promos symbol, not the modern rectangular set symbol used on the McDonalds card.
