Yes! A decent basic support card that can help heal your wounded pokemon, even while on the bench, and can stall out the game against evolving basics if you play it as a first drop. What a nifty little uncommon.

What? Why? Also…you can’t even heal their benched pokemon? Were they that worried about this card’s ability to mitigate rage-type attacks and supplement cards that have added benefits against opponents at full heath that they had to impose a targeting limitation on its Power? What a surreally bad card.

I suppose you could combine this with a trapping attack so the trapped Pokémon can never be knocked out.

Its really funny how a 13 years ago, a card like this would have everyone confused, but if this was printed today everyone would say something like “this could be really good in stall decks”. I wonder if anybody in formats that could use this unknown and modern stuff like maractus/Wellspring ogerpon have found this yet?
