It’s funny how the two other Unown from this set, while unwieldy, created two very attainable alternative win conditions with combos so effective the cards needed to be banned soon after — while this one is just outright unplayable. Most expanded decks don’t even run 12 supporters to begin with!

There’s really no way this card can ever be viable, simply because there’s no good way to get 12 specific cards from your opponent’s deck into the Lost Zone. Many decks don’t even run 12 supporter cards to begin with, rendering this win condition literally impossible.
But it would be very, very funny if someone happened to absentmindedly Lost Zone 12 of their own supporters with Comfey, Colress’s Experiment, Lost Vacuum, etc and you just happened to have this Unown handy. Once in a lifetime moment.

I could see them printing a card with an effect like this to *stop* people from abusing Lost Zone without any fear of repercussion – I think they’d have to lower the number of Supporters that turns it into a wincon, or else pick a different type of card (maybe some number of Energy in the LZ? Could act as a counter against Giratina VSTAR in addition to being a soft cap against Comfey et al.), for it to actually be meaningful.
