Poké-POWER ⇢ Shuffle
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for another Unown and switch it with Unown. (Any cards attached to Unown, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.) If you do, put Unown on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward. You can’t use more than 1 Shuffle Poké-Power each turn.
{C}{C} → Hidden Power
Choose 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon. This attack does 20 damage to that Pokémon. This attack’s damage isn’t affected by Weakness or Resistance.

Ambassador T
The effect of Unown T’s Hidden Power is similar to several attacks whose names start with T. I’ve identified three possible candidates;
· Telekinesis, which had appeared on WBSP Mewtwo, N1 Natu, UF Natu, UF Xatu, seems like it could be a good fit, at least flavor-wise. (But I feel like it’s important to note Unown W appears to be evoking SK Xatu’s Warp Hole attack for its own Hidden Power, and the potential “doubling up” here by borrowing from the same family more than once either makes it less likely, or more likely, considering wild Natu can be found in the grass of the Ruins of Alph.)
· Tongue Stretch, which had appeared on SI Lickitung, shares the Energy cost and 20 damage. While it has a coin flip this card’s attack doesn’t, some of the UF Unown’s Hidden Power attacks do have tweaks here and there and dropping the coin flip could be a modest, inconsequential buff.
Most of these Hidden Powers are recalling attacks from e-Card and/or ADV/PCG, so while going all the way back to Southern Islands make it a less favored candidate, Unown J and Unown ?’s Hidden Power attacks appear to be recalling cards from Gym 2. (Unown O might also be recalling an attack from the Gym block, and Unown D might be recalling an attack from a Mew promo that’s even older than the Gym cards in question.)
· Tongue Whip, which had appeared on RG Lickitung, is my personal favorite here. It has the same Energy cost, damage, and functionality.
In addition to commenting on most of the individual Unown cards on this site, earlier this year I assembled an overview table to make it a bit easier to look through this trivia;
