Yup! You can filter by typing rarity:illustration-rare or rarity:special-illustration-rare in the search box.

searching with the filter “rarity:illustration-rare,trainer-gallery-holo-rare,trainer-gallery-holo-rare-v,special-illustration-rare,trainer-gallery-ultra-rare,trainer-gallery-secret-rare,trainer-gallery-holo-rare-v-or-vmax” should get pretty much all of them, though there might be some older ones that slip through the cracks.
