Pollen hazard is way better.

This same ability appeared on RS Base Set Sceptile. But Venusaur ex has higher HP and is a much better attacker, so perhaps it was smarter to use this card in “Energy Trans” decks.

First time Venusaur got a retreat cost higher than 2… and it’s never gone back :(
