I know this hasn’t officially gone up yet, but I have seen a scan of the English version of the card and the Ability doesn’t just have a different name, but effect. Just in case it gets lost in the shuffle, the above should read

Each basic [G] Energy attached to your Pokémon provides [GG] Energy. You can’t apply more than one Jungle Totem Ability at a time.

Does Jungle totem stack with Wild Growth? They have the same effect so would it mean each grass energy is worth 4?

But, remind, Wild Growth from Sceptile and Meganium only works on Grass Pokémon.
Also, you may have only 1 of each ability working. The max would be 1 grass energy provides 4.

Serperior in TCG Pocket has the exact same ability, and also has Solar Beam. Just the damage values are different!

Why does this specify basic grass energy? I thought the templating before Scarlet-Violet always implied basic only when it just showed the energy symbol.

There are nonbasic energy cards that can provide basic energy types, such as horror psychic energy. It’s also so you can’t gain off of special energy cards that’d prove more than one at a time. .
