I bet grass wasn’t too viable back then.

Not viable enough to justify building a deck around using Attack Order. Capping at 60 damage if your opponent never played a single Grass type, Vespiquen would be outclassed by [Kricketune from Mysterious Treasures](https://pkmncards.com/card/kricketune-mysterious-treasures-mt-27/), a briefly viable deck that could do up to 80 damage for 2 Grass Energy or a single Double Rainbow Energy and which had plenty of room for damage modifiers and disruptive cards besides.
