This RARE card is garbage… its only attack is difficult to charge… its only attack is awful… it is weak to Normal (though that doesn’t matter much because of its bad 70 HP)… It has to have a certain kind of energy on it to use its “meh” Poke Body? Uggh… Its only redeeming quality is the double resistance.
