So…you have to waste a turn to be able to force a switch..and then you have to flip a coin every turn you try to keep the “force the benched pokemon in and keep it from switching” gimmick going…and this is a stage 2 pokemon? With a retreat cost that is starting to be prohibitive? That was pretty much useless at the time, and it’s useless now.The sad thing is that even the generic “60 HP pokemon with 10 for (color) and 20 for (color+colorless)will be on equal footing with this thing,assuming it lost 20 HP on the turn before it used lure.
