Vileplume · 80 HP · {G}
Pokémon (Vileplume) › Stage 2 : Evolves from Gloom

Pokémon Power ⇢ Heal
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, remove 1 damage counter from 1 of your Pokémon. This power can’t be used if Vileplume is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

{G}{G}{G} → Petal Dance : 40×
Flip 3 coins. This attack does 40 damage times the number of heads. Vileplume is now Confused (after doing damage).

The larger its petals, the more toxic pollen it contains. Its big head is heavy and hard to hold up.

    I’ve always find super odd how they squeezed the text on the petal dance attack instead of making the pokemon power smaller

    These days, such a card would be worded like this:

    “Ability: Heal
    Once during your turn, you may flip a coin. If heads, heal 10 damage from 1 of your Pokémon. This ability can’t be used if this Pokémon is affected by a Special Condition.”

    “[G][G][G] Petal Dance – 40x
    Flip 3 coins. This attack does 40 damage for each heads. This Pokémon is now Confused.”

    Give or take a few more numbers and the fact that abilities in general don’t get turned off by Special Conditions any more.
