Search your deck for a card that evolves from 1 of your Pokémon (excluding Pokémon-EX) and put it onto that Pokémon. (This counts as evolving that Pokémon.) Shuffle your deck afterward. You can use this card during your first turn or on a Pokémon that was put into play this turn.
· Supporter rule: You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

Poor Wally. In the unique position of getting banned for unfun lock combos, while also being wholly outclassed by a later, not-banned card in Boost Shake.
I suppose keeping Wally banned avoids having to navigate the clash of the modern no-turn-1-supporter rules with its can-use-on-first-turn text, which at the time of printing was only stated for clarity with evolution rules.
Oh, just double-checked and apparently Wally *did* get unbanned, specifically due to the changed supporter rules disallowing its use on the first turn, in spite of its written text. Very confusing sentence for players unaware of the old supporter rule context.
Here’s a cool combo in unlimited using this card, Archeops, and GG End GX: https://archive.ph/y6YqX
