A decent pick if you sneak it into E-Reader draft. Watchog longs for an earlier day where an average 30 damage for 2, on an evolved pokemon, was acceptable. Compare this to EX FireRed Persian, which has a non trivial ability, another attack, a more diverse pre evolution base, and an attack that is roughly as effective as both of Watchog’s attacks at the same time, all of this for the mere cost of 10 less max HP.
