Cinccino BLW just WISHES he was as hipster as this guy.
When you’ve got an entire deck named “Do the Wave” in your format, and it is tier one, you deserve at least a 9/10

Do the Wave was always a nice deck if you were ever tired of the good old Haymaker or the Rain Dance decks.

I’ve timed myself. The fastest you can build a Wigglytuff deck in the Game Boy game is 5 hours. I’ve done three complete game sweeps with the deck. I cannot collect the necessary cards faster than 5 hours. Now Rain Dance on the other hand….

Start with the Squirtle and friends deck. Fight the guy in the very bottom part of the fire medal gym lots of times. He gives boosters with breeder and the entire blastoise line in them. Then, fight the guy on his left, and that’ll give you a playset of gyarados.

Exactly. Rain Dance is so quick to build, its not funny. I think I’ve gotten a full list together in 3 hours.
