The next time you flip any number of coins for the effect of an attack, Ability, or Trainer card this turn, choose heads or tails for the first coin flip.
· Supporter rule: You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

wait, so if you use an attack that says “flip a coin until you get tails” are you allowed to theoretically treat it as if you got infinite heads?
Nosredna
whoops never mind :p

Despite how broken this would be in today’s format, under the right control and conditions, a supporter that treats all coin flips during your turn as heads would be very interesting. Banned from Expanded though lmao.

It would be interesting, but also force a bunch of cards to be banned – or banned itself – from both Standard and Expanded. WeeWeeBoi, you said “all coin flips” which means not only could you go for an automatic OHKO via damage from “flip until tails” attacks, but all coin-flip based effects and Trainers would work as well. @_@
In order to be “safe” you’d basically have to nerf the entire card pool with respect to the effects most of us would want to use with such a card. XP

I meant years into the future, gen 17 or whatever. They would certainly have to balance around it and depending on what effects they print to utilize it, it could easily become a staple. The format could be centered around little 2 piece combos to get what you need. Auto OHKO with use of a specific supporter doesn’t actually seem out of the realm of possibility in today’s format, as long as the energy cost is balanced for it.

I noticed a lot of cards printed *before* this card have the opponent flip the coins for really powerful effects. I was wondering if the old Dialga Lv.X could be abused with Will but lo and behold the opponent has to do the flipping!

Very excited to play this with Radiant Jirachi…
