Honestly not sure why this couldn’t just affect all Wishiwashi regardless of them being GX or not. The downside of having to use this card in your deck makes up for any “big” Wishiwashi becoming really powerful from having 3 of these in play.

If this worked (and stacked) on Wishiwashi CEC, that seems… pretty strong? Maybe not broken but probably stronger than they intended this card to be…

I guess you’d have to run a Silent Lab or Garb too. Plus all the 30 HP mons like you pointed out. Maybe it’s balanced after all!
