I love Cosmic Eclipse, probably the best sendoff for any block of the TCG, but I always hated pulling one of these. If it had free retreat, I could see it being maybe somewhat useful as a lead, but its primary attack requiring you to swarm Wishiwashi, which aren’t the greatest, plus the pitiful HP leads to a disappointing card.

In Japan, this card was introduced in the Tag All Stars subset, where DRM Wishiwashi was reprinted. With four of these on the Bench, and one more Wishiwashi-GX, it has as much as 210 HP, and School Storm does 200 damage just for 2 Energy!
