There’s only 2 cards with the attack “Prophecy” in the TCG (with 2 reprints of the same card, Hypno), Later the attack “Foresight” is introduced with the exact effect as Prophecy (with 4 cards), and this is because the Name of both of this Attacks was always supposed to be みらいよち “Future Sight” which was “Introduced” in the Secret Wonders set with Natu (https://pkmncards.com/?s=%2Btext%3A%22Future+Sight%22&sort=date&ord=rev&display=images).
