  Given how broad the definition of “injury” can be, I am guessing that actually no, not all internal injuries are critical. I’ve got a layman’s understanding of the matter, however, so if the term is reserved for things that involve significant internal bleeding (as opposed to the internal bleeding that causes a bruise), go ahead and let me know.
