Quarter-Turn
This card is so strong right now. I would be happier if there were a splashable tech that could counter this (maybe OHKO it).
Vlad
huh? zekrom/reshiram OHKO it
coolestman22
for 3 energy. He did say splashable.

Lanturn UD works. http://tcgscans.com/pokemon/lanturn-unleashed-ul-18/
Quarter-Turn
I’ve now found that both Lanturns work, Cinccino, either of the dragons (in their respective decks), a Zekrom tech with a Double Colorless is threatening, and Ninetails (hand size manipulation in fire decks) all work pretty well to counter Yanmega.

Does anyone know whether the promo will have the same artwork as this?
Mike Newman
Technically, yes. It’s not actually a promo, it’s just the card itself from the set (Like those clash of legends boxes with the jumbo legend cards that had the non-promo Lv. X’s)
coolestman22
that’s what I meant. It was just hard to explain.
Mike Vukovich
He’s now a $7 card… wait what!?
Micah Tate
Surprised it’s not cheaper, the box comes with 3 boosters and a theme deck and sells for around $17
