I’m not sure about that… assuming the translation is correct, Hisuian Heavy Ball specifies “Basic Pokémon” – which Pokémon V-UNION aren’t, as V-UNION is also their Stage. If there’s a similar card that doesn’t specify Basic Pokémon, though – that would work!

Which is a super weird card. Its attack has *description text*, like it was designed by someone entirely unfamiliar with the TCG. Which given the absurd numbers, perhaps it was?
