    I’ll never understand why they always give Zapdos lightning weakness. Fighting also represents rock, which hits him for X4 in the games. It makes more sense as a weakness, rather than a resistance.

      I think the problem is that Fighting represents Fighting, Ground, and Rock, and Flying types are immune to Ground and resistant to Fighting. Unfortunately the 2 resistances trump the weakness.

        I realize the logic behind it, but unfornunately, the only weakness all 3 birds share is Rock, and they have a habit of giving all 3 of them the same bottom stats. Perhaps they could get a Colorless resistance for their flying type. Or maybe they could be both weak and resistant to Fighting.
