This card originated as a PLAY promo in Japan, and appears to be K. Hoshibas’s last regular contribution to the TCG*. Similarly, the PLAY-originating Articuno 𝒆𝒙 (NBSP #31) is Ken Ikuji’s last contribution to the TCG. As for the one I haven’t yet mentioned, Articuno 𝒆𝒙 (NBSP #32) was the *first* contribution by Nakaoka for the TCG. Circumstantial evidence would place Hoshiba and Ikuji as Creatures staff, and harder evidence points to Nakaoka as a member of Creatures.

* There are #1/#2/#3 Trainer cards attributed to him after this point, going least as late as 2019. It’s hard to tell if he’s still contributing or the continued credits are a legacy thing as they continue to reuse assets he made previously. Well, I say ‘hard to tell’ but some renders look entirely new to me. Actually, no two errors on my part here. (1) Ken Ikuji’s NBSP#31 is *MOLTRES* 𝒆𝒙, and (2) Nakaoka artwork debuted in EX TMvTA, i.e. before her Articuno 𝒆𝒙.
