  The card is actually tagged correctly here; the artist was misattributed on the card itself. See this comment and the card’s Bulbapedia page:
  
  The initial print of the Wizards promo erroneously credited Toshinao Aoki as the illustrator, who illustrated the Japanese promo. Wizards rectified the error, with subsequent prints correctly crediting Naoyo Kimura as the illustrator. However, the change was brought about close to or after the release of the film, so it is likely to assume fewer people received the correct version later into the campaign compared to those who received the misprint earlier.
